This item is brand new. The top attachment model number is CA370 - V and the bottom part model number is WH370FC - V this item was stored in a drawer and it just was weathered and has a few scratches, but the item is brand new never before used minus the tip. I just put the tip on to make sure it fits and never ended up using it.
