Victor ST2600FC Straight Cutting Torch 21 Heavy Duty 0381-1480 Never Used

I really do not think this has ever been used, but it does not have original packaging. It has a couple of dings that will not effect use, strictly cosmetic and barely noticeable. See the photos for details. It doesn't have a tip on it, but it is really nice otherwise.
