Has a crimp on the 3rd tube and on the other side it has some grind marks. There are all kinds of dings, scratches and scuffs from age and use. It has a side mount oxy control knob. There are no model numbers except for the numbers stamped in the side that read 06583F. The tip is a stinger C This is untested.
