This listing is for a vintage oxy-acetylene cutting torch made by Victor. Overall, with what is present, the torch appears to be in solid condition. Torch is missing its lever and oxygen knob and the part that receives the oxygen hose is bent as well. This piece has definitely been used in the past and has some small dents and nicks all over and is a little dirty.
